THE OPPORTUNITY: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer with no more than 2 or 3 years experience to join the firm's highly successful Planning and Environment team. This position will see you working closely with and being mentored by a fantastic Partner and lovely Special Counsel, both of whom are experts in this niche area of law. The role itself will see you working on a multitude of E&P matters ranging from aged care and industrial developments, through to retail approvals and alpine and industrial developments, due diligence and restrictive covenants. ABOUT YOU: To be considered for You will also have excellent communication and technical skills. Your friendly disposition, personable nature and strong commercial acumen will assist in securing your success with this well-regarded firm.
