JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, the Digital Junior Producer will be responsible for providing project support for all projects within our diverse Digital portfolio, working closely with the rest of our Account Management team on the day-to-day management of client inputs and expectations throughout the project delivery cycle.


This role is perfect for someone who has begun their career in the digital space, and is now seeking their next opportunity to grow. The role will include a high level of mentorship in the initial stages to introduce you to processes and best practices across the business with a view to enable you to manage projects independently in the future.


This role will see you juggling multiple tasks at once across a range of exciting projects - working with internal stakeholders to assist in ensuring that the project team is delivering to schedule, preparing project updates where required, briefing team members, monitoring project profitability and much more.


With guidance, your main purpose is to help ensure all digital projects are managed and delivered successfully and to the highest standards, whether contributing to the project yourself or assisting other members of the team on their projects. 


What's the Role?

  • Assist with coordination of projects within the Digital Department
  • Support account managers and digital team to monitor scope, budget and contractual requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact for the account service and digital teams and coordinate the flow of information between key stakeholders and clients
  • Assist in digital team resource allocation
  • Assist in fielding and documenting scope change and variations
  • Assist in documenting estimates for digital deliverables
  • Participate in conversations with client and Traffic teams to report project health
  • Manage project administration activities (documents, folders, meetings, resources)
  • Communicate project progress, changes, and risks internally and externally when necessary
  • Assist on multiple projects concurrently, prioritising tasks as required for the team


You Are / Have:

  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Highly confident with written and verbal communications
  • The ability to deal with multiple streams of work
  • Ability to work within and across multiple teams
  • Previous experience (min 2 years) working in an agency environment is ideal
  • Experience within digital / advertising agency highly desirable
  • Fast learner with a proactive mentality and a pragmatic approach to get the job done
  • Ability to be effective within a team environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Experience in the Property category will be highly regarded.
