have exclusively partnered with a reputable private developer with an impressive pipeline. Due to a number of recent acquisitions they are looking to add an additional Development Manager to the team. This is a business that has experienced extensive growth in the past 24 months, with a 5+ years in the pipeline.

It is critical for our client that we find someone with not just the capability to manage the projects, but to be a representative of the brand, particularly considering it's rapid growth. Ideally this role is suited for a senior ADM or an existing Development Manager with at least 12 months experience.

What do you do?
Reporting to the Development Director and Senior Development Manager you will leading multiple house and land as well as townhouse projects through out different key growth corridors.

The salary range is $120,000 + Super + commission

What do you need:

  • A proven track record in delivering masterplanned communities/townhomes, preferably both
  • Bachelor level qualification in property and real-estate or other related discipline 
  • Experience in Engineering or Town Planning will be looked upon favourably but not essential 
  • A proven track record working projects to budget and timeline
  • Strong understanding of Melbourne 's key growth corridors and market demographics
  • Experience from inception to completion is preferable 
  • Ability to function both collaboratively and deliver outcomes autonomously is essential, this a role where you will be given full responsibility over projects
  • Being highly presentable as well as spoken is critical as you will be a representative of the brand
