YOUTH I.T. CAREERS PROGRAM


This program is aimed at unemployed young people in the West of Melbourne, experiencing barriers to education and employment. Applicants will need to be attached to a support worker, aged between 18-25 years and wanting to further their IT skills to gain relevant employment.

Course Information

Duration: 10 weeks

Every; Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri, 9:00am-3:00pm. One week break included. 

Classes are delivered at Victoria Polytechnic, Footscray Nicholson Campus

ICT20115 - CERTIFICATE II IN INFORMATION, DIGITAL MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY

The course includes

- Employability and workplace communication skills

- Microsoft Digital Literacy tests and certificates

- This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding

- Dedicated Program Youth Engagement Officer and Specialist Foundation Skills Teacher
