So where do you go to get help?  

Headspace helps thousands of young people to get back on track every year.  They are the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. 

Headspace helps young people aged 12-25 who are going through a tough time, providing support for problems like depression, anxiety, bullying and body image.

There are a number of way to get help through headspace.
