Maribyrnong and Moonee Valley LLEN's JobCraft Talent Community connects young people to entry-level employment, alternative education opportunities and further support if needed.

Young people, teachers, parents, youth and social workers and, employers are all encouraged to join JobCraft Talent Community. Every member will have access to exclusive and non-exclusive local jobs, a notice board containing our "Monthly Course Crunch" (advertising local courses that are starting up month to month), a wellbeing article, useful links and regular community updates. We are working to get all local Group Training Organisation's apprenticeships, traineeships and other entry-level jobs made available on JobCraft Talent Community.

Find entry level staff with skills matched to job opportunities. Take advantage of the ability for your business to be promoted on the JobCraft Talent Community and advertise your entry level local jobs at no cost.

You can contribute to the development of entry level staff by informing the MMV LLEN and JobCraft Talent Community Network about the skills entry level employees need to be taught before starting in the workforce and also the on the job support they require to keep them there. Employers can now print a QR coded Job Beacon poster for each of their jobs and job seekers can scan the QR code to apply, or share the job via email or social media.
